Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@orlunewear.com or call us at +1 (479) 322-7650. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

As a clothing and accessories store, we want to be transparent about items that cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Personal care accessories (e.g., earrings, intimate apparel) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized items (special orders, monogrammed pieces) are non-returnable.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size, color, or style.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.
