Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We can ship to P.O. boxes and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.

2. Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit time after your order is shipped: 6–12 business days (Monday through Friday). Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit): 7–15 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on your location within the UK and the selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to all UK customers. There are no hidden shipping fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

5. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and DHL.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed by 3:00 PM GMT/BST (Monday through Friday) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
